Monster hunter wilds is too easy???
People seem to finish the game in only a couple of days and the monsters prove almost to be no challenge in this iteration. Not to mention the monster count is too low as well compared to rise or world.

Hesitant to buy this since i liked MH:World. I rather not fly through the game in only a few days. What do you think?

And monster count it's like one less than World at launch and then they'l keep adding a few more till the expansion so I'd guess Wilds will have around 70 monsters at the end just like World.

Like were already getting I think two more monster within a month or so.

Buy at least the game before you troll with these millions of „game is easy“ threads.

it is easier, doesnt mean it isnt fun. the Wound system it very, very strong.
remember world also was very light on monster at release much of the monsters came with patches that where already there when the pc release rolled around
It's very easy. Buy if you like MH, and want to be caught up before the title updates. Otherwise I'd go buy world or Rise to crack into before touching this. It can be fun, but feels very streamlined. I honestly don't think the game is worth $70 at this point and time with the content it offers.
yup is very easy, even tempered monsters.

Honestly the combat is very engaging. You're always moving, making micro decisions. Dodging, styling with counters, using the wounds system, maybe you get a big pack and decide F it I'm tussling with 3 at once today(Which is honestly a lot of fun, had 2 Nerscylla jump me once and I had neglegted to bring Dung pods, was a very chaotic fight).

WILDS is almost the exact same difficulty as Launch of World. Tempered Monsters don't hit like falling buildings on fire like they do in World. IDK but this is the weirdest MH to date. Not sure how I feel about it.

its not structured like older MH games to be sure. it's heavily narrative driven and if you don't do any of the optional or side quests the game is pretty darn quick. you don't have to touch a quest counter to rank up for most of the game. it's still fun. it's just a much more narrow game unless you go out of your way to make it otherwise.
Rise and world had both over 80 monsters with dlc.

Wilds has 25 monsters, lets double that with DLC, so thats 50. Thats still very low

Yes, the game is pretty easy. People review bombed and whined about Monster Hunter World difficulty and most people left at Anjanath, so this is Capcom overcorrecting.

They'll bring it back with content updates starting with the one in April.

What Star are the monsters you're fighting? And I don't mean Quest Rank, I mean the Stars you see next to their name.

I noticed this fighting a few different Tempered, had some show up with 5 stars and they did hit harder and take more hits to put down. I'm trying to figure out if this is just all random chance, or if there is some way to manipulate the game into pumping out more fights at higher stars.

Wilds has 29. World had 30 at its release.

Guardian Monsters are a cool concept, but I hope in time they evolve into a more neutral damaging element, to give us a base option and make it easier for newer players to dip toes into elemental damage.

I think some match ups can be a pain in the story with certain weapons, but in some cases, like the echo bubbles that can heal you on some hunting horns, you can put those down against larger monsters, and get tons of sustain while swinging blindly. Cases like that are unique though since these are pretty under-played weapons suddenly being top choices. What I appreciated was seeing more monsters like the primordial octopus types, and a big water element juggernaut, as well.

Environment uses and ease of acquiring good sling ammo was also high, so I'm assuming a lot of veteran players were doing tons of stagger and dps with all that, too.

I'm curious to see what each weapon type emerges as in terms of players being flashy on g rank later on. It can be really fun to watch.

The difficulty is increasing progressively and nicely if you compare with World. Most of the highest difficulty monster didn't come at the release in World, neither it will in Wilds. It will occurs with the future release...

Furthermore, the most difficulty (to me) did came from the DLC and I think Wilds will not be different in this matter.

Finally, I would say I much fun playing this game.
