Running a 3060 rtx 12g and time for upgrade to make this game playable but market suciks!

Always went with nvidia. Have a 1080 gtx, 2060 rtx and a 3060 rtx but with all the crap now might wait for the 9070 xt. The data on paper looks good so hopefully it delivers. Than not to mention getting your hands on one with out scalpers. Or maybe Capcom releases a crazy optimization patch which will keep my 3060 going a bit longer and give me more time to nab a 9070 xt for its actual price lol. Any one else on the same boat I am on?

Skipping the entire 50 series. I wonder if these defenders would talk the same if they had to buy a new GPU now. Put it into perspective.

the game runs like ♥♥♥♥,whatever gpu you use, I don't think you have to upgrade already, it might not be the most advanced card now but it's kinda ok

Most people are running the game fine, but the vocal minority have created an echo chamber of complaints and hatred.

most people are strongly subjective about what's considered "running fine" for me the game does NOT run fine and what bothers me the most is that it's not graphically advanced at all, it's not stunning to look at to the point that you say "eh, performance is bad but it's gorgeous", if I have to get something that's slightly better looking than mh world from 2017, why does it have to be so demanding on my hardware? It's not unplayable for me, but it's very far from optimal, tbh and who's complaining a lot on steam reviews has all the right to do so.

Not worth upgrading in the near future just because WIlds optimisation is utter trash. If I was you I would keep the 3060 until the next gen console drops. I have a 3060ti and the performance was crap, just refunded the game and will wait for some fixes, maybe when the expansion drops. I can wait a year or even two, so many games in my back log to finish until then.

Very true. I’m using a 3060 myself, the only issue I have is the mesh tearing at specific parts. Aside from that though, the game has been relatively smooth. Granted I’m playing on medium settings, nothing overly fancy, but I knew what I was getting into when I saw the required specs for the game.

ya on the very next day they had to release a several gig update patch to fix big bugs I don't call that running fine lol.

50 series is a bust. 9070XT looks like it will be promising. Embargo ends tomorrow.

I'm happy with my used 7900XT, but I really feel for those that are looking to buy now. It's not a good time.
i have the same gpu as u and im playing 60 frames fsr native high textures idk what you talking about

Medium settings and DLSS balanced. Time for an upgrade. On Friday I'll be wiser when I get a 14600KF processor. Next, I'll upgrade my GPU

Sure if you enjoy playing 1080p. 5090 is the only real 4k card there is now

i don't even remember an AAA launched polished and "finished" since something like the IA dlss and so on so....Dev just cut their devlopment time and spare some optimisation time like good old manufactorie sector. Got an 4070 and was very pleased with that like i tweak every single game , but yeah no matter what i'll stick with this one 2-4 years more , my next bgpu ll not be a nvidia for sure let's see intel in the futur or amd.
