Weakness exploit makes the Game to easy
They literally die so fast, i dont even see them limp away... They cant attack because they are always on the ground, its so boring wtf?!

it is insane to me that people who most likely have hundreds of hours in the previous game would then complain that the new one is too easy, like no ♥♥♥♥, the mechanics haven't changed significantly enough that you have to learn everything from scratch. it's also insane that they think any game company would cater to the 10% of tryhards and make the game basically unplayable to anyone who actually has a job and a life outside of playing MH

That's just tryhards in any game unfortunately

I just play HBG so I'm constantly in that mode to see them, some multiplayer groups they are 100% of the time covered in red wound icons - sometimes they are not

What causes them?

Think of it like a combo of part damage and stagger. Enough hits exposes the wound (stagger) and lets you target it for extra damage.

Also weakness exploit ain't ♥♥♥♥, seriously. Flayer and and Part Breaker are way more disruptive.

Those are Tempered wounds. Only show up on Tempered monsters, give extra rewards.

you could always just not use weakness exploit if you think it makes the game too easy, nobody's forcing you to use the skill
It's the sum of its near infinite "accessible" parts which make Meconium Huggies® Wet Ones® a baby mode, marshmallow 'monster' fighter. In this sense, the game is what it is, and will be what it is for the life of the game -- i. e., don't expect a "patch" to "fix" it.

More specifically they drop materials for upgrading Artian weapons instead of common monster drops like normal wounds do

Also yes, but don't make the mistake of prioritising them to the detriment of other factors. You'll still get plenty of rewards for a successful hunt.

Harder content is always added later when these games come out. Also I still see plenty of hunters fainting to tempered gore and arkveld. I do however think Weakness Exploit was a mistake and should of never of been added to the series. 100% affinity is something that should only be achievable when you sacrifice a lot to get it but you practically never do. It's essentially a "win more" skill that doesn't feel interesting, it just gives you a higher crit rate basically for free, it's just better crit eye and you have no reason to use crit eye when weakness exploit does most of the job for you.

ive seen posts exactly like this one for world back on the 360 boards for gamefaqs in 2018. people posting runs of nergigante and rathalos just spending the whole fight knocked over saying monster hunter is dead.

G. Magala and Arkvled have more problems than tempering. Even with camera settings to most distant their movesets have poor readability. Especially compared to G. Magala in any other MH.
