Double install?
Just got the game installed but as soon as it finished it started over and wouldn't let me cancel it or anything. Now the file folder is 130GB. Should I do a full reinstall or is that the correct file size it should be?

It was likely patching the install for the hotfix patch from a couple of days ago. To do this, it has to decompress the .pak files in the install folder, patch them, and recompress them. If you don't have the high-res texture pack installed, the install folder should be around 61gb once this process finishes. If it's bigger, it's possible that it failed to properly clean away the temp files (but those would not typically be stored in the install folder, you'd expect to see them in temp appdata folders on your Windows drive).

It shouldn't be possible for Steam to install the same file twice because it won't automatically update filenames to account for that, so the two really big files in your install folder should be "re_chunk_000.pak" and "re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak", clocking in at about 38-40gb and 20-22gb respectively. (There's some wiggle room because Windows measures this slightly differently between file explorer and properties.) If that's not the case then something has gone very wrong (or you have the high-res texture pack installed, which is stupidly large).

Most likely ticked the hi-res graphics option in the store. It doubled the space when it installed.
