I cant find online anywhere how to use them. Everything just says how to get them and what they are used for, but those items dont show up at the smithy. How do you actually use these things?

Select misc on him and just wait. I buy everything every time to make him come back faster.

I dont think they are that rare of useful. Overhyped.

There's a better strat to farming them. Select misc in what he should import. First is you can reset the contents of the support ship if you haven't bought anything and you exit to title without saving, resting to swaps days will auto-save but the contents won't be determined yet, so that works.

What you'll find is they only appear maybe 5-10% of the time, maybe even lower. You can reset 20 times without seeing a ticket somehow. So if you need lots of the tickets a good strategy is to buy out all the weapons from the support ship every time you see them, this takes them out of the possible drop pool.
