Possible fix to MH:W Performance issues.

So I saw this video on youtube. Me and some friends tried it out and those of my friends that had performance issues and crashes said that this fixed their issues. It even boosted my own performance especially with the hd textures. Hopefully it helps. Ill post my own specs too just in case.
