What is the best way to get the materials for Tranq Bombs?

I want to start capturing monsters, but i just can't seem to keep a supply of tranq bombs. I can get one of the ingredients from the "boat", sleep herb. But i can't find any parashrooms.

So eventually you can send out certain people from the towns to gather materials. Among which Parashroom and Sleep Herbs are selections. After finishing low rank and getting the credits, Nata becomes a go between, allowing you to access all the gatherers through him.

Alright, im HR33 atm, I have been getting stuff from Natah, but Parashroom was not a choice. Does more stuff open up from him the farther you get?

Really early game you can three Sleep herbs right outside the plains base near the river, one parashroom at the oasis. In the forest it's a bit of travel, but there's three parashrooms near the Congo nest and one sleep herb up on a ledge.

You need to complete some side quests to unlock the gatherers for you, i believe there are 5 total people.
