I think I've finished my sets for hunting for now, so I'm just farming for drip at this point. I wish that weapons could be dyed as well. Does anyone know if layered weapons will be a thing again?

i use arkvald set A but replace the waist with the B set because it makes me feel like an even tankier character.

I hope layered weapons are a thing! Cosmetics are my carrot on a stick, I'm so happy to know crafted armor is layered once it's high rank. My favorite set so far is the Xu Wu and I hope it dyes well. As log as there are cosmetics and social activities to flex them, people will grind 8)

I really hope layered weapons come for at bare minimum the Artian Weapons. At minimum they could allow us to change the style based on the element. Like if its a Dragon type we can change the style to ANY Dragon type visual. If that make sense.

Pog. You going for set synergy? I prefer mismatching sets to make my drip. I try not to have multiple pieces from the same set.

i did this with the G. arkvald and normal arkvald. i wanted the G. arkvald set bonus and flayer but since i got the talisman for Flayer i didn't need so much of it. so i got more weakness exploit to top off my wound damage.

You know if you craft HR armor you also unlock that particular piece's layerwear right? You can go into the tent and change equipment appearance.

I saw the game message for that but I think it only allows you to dye the HR set, it's not layered armor. Or maybe I missed it.

Thing is, I L-O-V-E the Arkweld LR armor looks, but the HR version is different so I am SOL. I need layered back so I can use that LR set looks.

Yeah you can literally choose layerwear when you go to Equipment Appearance. Don't bother with colors, just click your confirm button on the armor piece itself.

I'm farming every HR armour set. so I can have all the layered armor for fashion hunter.

Hopefully layered weapons come back in a TU rather then an expansion, preferably sooner rather then later.

Gender unlocked armor has been such a godsend, the quematrice helm with the plume, and mix of rathalos and rathian armor for the rest for my lancer got my Dragoon look perfected.

What about Low Rank layered though ? I need that Arkweld set on my hunter, the HR version is trash compared to it.

That's because there's two versions and there is one in HR. It's his Guardian version. It should be listed right under the regular one.
