high rank bug?
So, I just completed chapter 3, reacher HR 8 but I have not a high rank page for armor and weapons? Is there something I missed?

You should be at HR 12 by the time you finish the tutorial

How so? Saw a guide that said hr 8 would be high rank

never trust game journalists with anything, especially with basic understanding of game mechanics, remember that guy doing the cuphead tutorial and failing for 20 minutes? yeah those guys are writing these articles

although thats true, that guy was correct, loaded up and high rank was available, it isnt hr 12, its something between 8-10

I think it was 9, 8 should give you the final boss for LR fight then you fight the final boss to get 9. I could be wrong though.
