That's exactly why I always skip the Monster Hunter stories, I appreciate what they are trying to do but everyone feels so dry as characters
It doesn't even feel like they are talking like people in most scenes
the story is rushed and badly written giveing birth to a slew of annoying character like nata alma and black smith lady and every other character is forgettable oh if someone can please tell what happened at the basin off screen id like to know cause i genuinly dont understand why there was so much celebration for characters that did nothing... oh and what was that weird story bit with balck smith lady in the ice cave talking about that same girl with the oil pot it legit comes out of noware and that plot died as fast as its bruoght up?
you sly dogg you got me mono logging
Can't forget the constant apologizing in every single scene as well
at least you have legitimate criticisms (I think, hard to tell with half the typos you have). rest of the folks here seem to be hell bent on hating for the sake of hating.
So why again did we walk past the graves few minutes earlier? And is the big baddy now ok because of what it is? Even if it doesn't behave like a predator but simply destroys things? If it were a natural being, then it wouldn't be ok? And why did Nata suddenly relate to that creature. It's not like Nata was a shell starting having choices. Dude, you might have be narrow minded because of your village, at best, but during the game you made a lot of choices on your own. Killing all the other monsters were fine but this one is to much and it suddenly deserves to live?
I must missed some conversations because that came completly out of nowhere with a finger snap. Funny enough, the final boss of the LR story was fine to kill again.
The story had an interesting idea but the execution is kinda a new low imho. Might be because you have to sit trough the story thanks to all the walking.
