Sabar Material Gathering items missing?

just turned in a mission Sabar in Oil area and his items to choose from in material gathering are now gone. Only option is "any" the other 3 still have their items to choose from. I tried to go back to title and I tried rebooting the game and the items are still missing. Any ideas?

I had this for a while too, it'll return once you've completed the Chapter 5 stuff since that fixes the weather.

Actually I finished the game and he stills with just the "any" option, it just goes off and on when it wants, try to restart the game, not just to the title, I mean, close and open it again, it works for me (not always)

Sabar used to get items for me, now he never gets anything, and there are no items to request. I've already completed Chapter 5.

During certain seasons some materials change or are fully removed

If the weather is in the inclement phase in any of the regions, you can't change what the gathered resources are as the people doing it are hunkering down.
