No cover from Jin Dahaad?

What are you supposed to do when Jin Dahaad does his Heat Attack but there is no Ice Block to use as Cover?

I have not tried this but I think in that case diving would work

Then something glitched. I've observed that if you've pulled down all ice blocks that one will spawn when they do this attack. It's a random one now, but it does spawn.

You can just fast travel back to camp, there are no restrictions

First time I did it they just said 'find cover' but it was an empty arena and im a lance chad so I just said "nah ill tank it"

I've been grinding Jin Dahaad all day yesterday and noticed no pull prompts on the hanging rocks occasionally. It might be a bug.
