All previous Games Force players to do Solo Quests or Event Quests further challenging the gameplay.... Wilds Stops at Chapter 6 and allows everyone to carry eachother in multiplayer without making players do solo missions anymore.... where is the challenge??

All previous MH games:

Solo only quests 1* all the way to HR 6*..

Gathering hub 1* all the way up to HR6* and G rank... (missing)

Multiplayer - optional only in a gathering hub (this makes players play their solo campaign and If they want to have a challenge they can do multiplayer missions with harder monsters) - Missing because its merged into Solo play reducing the amount of over all quests as previous. ( I get people could still join you're solo Game but It was not as favored because that is what the Gathering Hub is for).

Gathering - all previous games had Pallico missions, Farm requests and Unique shop items that occasionally popped up through vendors, the Boat in this game says it has arrived - (No boat to be seen visually, and the items are generic Shop items) - this is another missing aspect let alone a poke farm. (I am aware there are unique gathering NPC's in this game but not as vast as previous)

There are 29 large monsters in Wilds VS - Generations that had 70 Large monster species VS MH Worlds with 71 Large monster species...... Currently even the Event Quest today being released is still just Kut Ku and Gyseperos.... THERE IS NO COMPARISON.... DLC or not Generations to World Released with heaps more monsters... MHWorld on release had 37 to begin with large not 29 like wilds..... the games empty...


Even Armor... Where is the ARMOR FOR THE UNIQUE HIDDEN BLUE JELLY FISH IN THE GAME THAT NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT?!?! I cant even see an armor set for it.... and for those who know the hidden monster they know.. if you havent caught it yet then go catch it and see how big it is in the lava lake, the jellyfish is huge.

1. The game has no multiplayer missions or Solo anymore, It has been combined into 1 which is multi-solo online missions that consist of very little monsters and quests.....

Previous titles have Solo quests up to G rank... or High rank... and then you go to the gathering Hall and do online or solo online Quests that go upwards to High rank or G rank.... These are usually completely separate and not combined in the game adding what feels like more content.... in this Wilds game its combined making it feel cheap and missing...

That's all missing in this game.

2. The game has very little story compared to all previous, Previously the Story would go all the way to High rank and further about certain monsters, Yes this game does that but there is already a lack of monsters making this game empty compared to all previous games, Previous games yes DLC missions are later brought in and yes I am aware all games have DLC content later - The base games have always had Online and offline quests and have still been Challenging enough to struggle killing monsters in a fight. Here we see monsters really easy to kill since worlds they have dropped all health and damage on weapons dramatically to fit their next gen MH series's which works but they need more stronger monsters to start out with, which here we do not see.


3. The games Inventory and box system, I still made a post about this previously in a previous thread, The box system to navigate is horrendous as well as trying to play with you're friends. its not simple as Join friends Quest.... or Open box, Sort button, click and move as it was before. it's more f ing tedious...

4. This is the only monsterhunter where you can abuse multiplayer instantly with Single player quests where the monsterhunter game is too easy.


this is just facts.


Anyone who disagrees and finds it challenging enough then I applaud you and that's great, you should enjoy it and I still do despite all these issues I see but I have played since the PS2 so I know what should be expected, this wont effect new players only Experienced.

World and Rise on release were short, as well as the OG games excluding the ds ports because MH3U and MH4U came with the DLC already tagged on (As well as MHF, and MHF2 for the PSP, updated versions of the original 1 and 2.) Since, before World, we in the West basically got the Monster Hunter games after the Japanese were already done with the games essentially. Now that the games are popular in the West we no longer get sloppy seconds, the game releases world wide for everyone at the same time. Meaning no DLC, expansions, etc.

G-Rank has not existed since the old Monster Hunter titles (MH1-4, Frontiers, Generations)

Master Rank is a new age Monster Hunter thing, and it was not in Monster Hunter World *or* in Monster Hunter Rise ON RELEASE. If World/Rise already have Master Rank for you then you bought the game well after it was released. Years after. The definitive/deluxe/whatever they call it edition comes with the base game + all DLC released through the years.

And Pokke farm is in MH2...but if you mean a mechanic where something/one gathers items for you there is one in each MH. Wilds is no different, there's a person that will go harvest honey and other items for you in the Oilwell Basin.

Lao-Shan Lung hasn't made appearances because, from what I gather, people thought it was a slow, tedious and boring fight. Same with Shen Gaoren. Who knows though we might see them in DLC. I know Black Gravios is confirmed to be coming in the future, as well as Mizutsune.

As for the game being short, there's tons of things to hunt, craft, and grind for while we wait for Master Rank (like we had to with World and Rise, and like Japan had to for all the MH games)

If you're bored there are plenty of things you could be doing other than trying to fish for jesters on a steam forum. I would say more but this is already a wall of text.

The primary story is literally all just a tutorial to prepare you for what the game actually is, the grind against stronger versions and additional monsters for better gear. In addition, there is still some more story that guides you through the High and Master rank. You really should keep playing and understand that you just completed the tutorial.

All games on MH psp etc were already completed and full of content on Disc and to be on Disc back then you had to have a fully built game.

This game is actually missing more in this version of MH than any other MH game I have played. I'm over level 100, I have everything in the game x10 im already at 1mill coins.. I'm already demolishing Solo and Multiplayer all monsters... Sidequests are fillers... Where is Gathering hub quests on release and Where is Solo only quests.

Yeah I have 6kh in a game... that's from 2017... I have been playing MH since 2004 but you probably weren't even born then. you wouldn't even know what fighting an actual White fatilis in Freedom unite is actually like if you fought it in Ice born haha.
