Melody of Life/Echo Bubble effects

Anyone have any idea if stuff like Recovery Up causes Allies to also benefit from increased healing with Melody of Life and Echo Bubble HealthRegen, and not just you?

If they got the buff icon, it should benefit them as well. You should be able to see your party member buffs.
