Fatal D3D error (4, E_ACCESSDENIED, 0x80070005)

If you are getting this error and you use Medal.TV disable it. I spent 2 hours troubleshooting with my friend to find this fix and wanted to share it with everyone. It fixed it fully. This is a standalone fix. after reverting ALL other fixes such as launch options and compatibility settings.
