it is on...
If you are absolutely sure that you have hardware acceleration (GPU scheduling) enabled and you rebooted your PC, then did you install the latest driver? Is NVIDIA APP controlling (optimizing) games for you? If so, go in and disable it globally or disable it for Monster Hunter.
Also try disabling HDR.
installed yesterday, still greyed out...MHW also not showing up in the nvidia app
mhw doesnt even show up in nvidia app, i had to add it myself and cant do anything with it
This is sounding like a problem on the system that's imposing itself on the game, not the game. Have you tried to DDU the driver via safe mode? I would highly recommend doing this.
was just lookin into that indeed, but also discovered something else right now
if i select in game under upscaling the AMD FSR 3 option, then i can turn on Frame generation...thats weird right? i have a RTX 4070 from gigabyte
Did you also turn dlss on in game? Because you cant use frame gen with out dlss on. I got a 4070 and the only time it was greyed out, was when I didnt have dlss enabled.
Could also be drivers, and or you need a pc restart, and or verify files. Ive had games I need to reinstall to get even dlss working lmao.
Did you not have DLSS or FSR enabled in the first place? It has to be on, for FG to be used.
i turned on amd fsr 3 ingame and now i can use frame generation...i own a rtx 4070 gigabyte
i have a nvidia card, so i think i have to use dlls then and not fsr right?
