So every update redownloads the entire game? (Updated)
Is that really how this will happen? First patch or whatever and I have to reinstall 70gb again? I mean come on man, is this normal or is this specific update just abnormal and caused a reinstall?

(Updated) Be careful about HD Texture pack DLC. It will require you to reinstall the entire game again. If you don't have the ability to run it, don't do it. Disable it if you have to, I didn't realize that is what happened at the time of post

Nope but I do recall other games having updates that took seconds to update, have an entire list of completed games as we speak in my downloads folder that didn't require all 70 gbs to be redownloaded. Ijs.

Its called patching ..Your not down loading anything but a pretty small file. Then it updates most of the files in the game. So no your not downloading the entire game.
Memories of entirety of Street Fighter V having to be redownloaded because they added 4 Chun Li costumes.

I'm pretty sure it's an Unreal Engine thing.

It's not a patch. It makes you download the whole game, all 60+ gigs, twice. I'm positive it happens if you get the HD pack.
