Turning Off Volumetric Fog Has Saved My Game!
"Navigate to the game's folder

Find "config.ini"

If you cannot find the "config.ini" file, launch the game at least once and modify any graphical settings. This will prompt the system to generate the "config.ini" file. At this step, you may also create a backup of "config.ini" to restore it if needed and prevent potential errors.

Open config.ini file in text editor, press Ctrl + F on your keyboard to search, then type in VolumetricFogControl to locate the line VolumetricFogControl_Enable=True. Next, change True to False to disable volumetric fog completely, save the file.

Voilà! You’ll be able to enjoy a clean and clear view now!

p.s. You should adjust the brightness after making the change for it to look more natural."

This has changed everything for me, a slight boost to frame rate as well as proper colours, and brightness. Of course it's entirely up to you, but on my 4070ti it's a game changer.

The fact that you can't do it in game, same with a lot of things, is baffling

This was also one of the things that was wrong with Worlds at launch and was the first thing I touched after motion blur and DoF.
