You are not immune to the effects of problems with the game if you:

1. Are blind and incapable of seeing poor framerate
2. Pretend that there's nothing wrong
3. Say "works on my machine" without providing hours of video proof + monitoring software (you won't do this because it's patently impossible due to optimization issues)

The rest of the internet is laughing at you. Reddit (poor as it may be) is far more reflective of the issues with the game, and they won't cover it up like some of you shills will.

All that said, i'm still having fun playing the game. So... not sure why I should hate on it. It plays, i don't crash, and the frames are at least 60. Also, i'm past the story. That helps a TON (for enjoyment).

I do have hours of video proof of me playing (YT), but no monitoring. Sadge.

Exactly.

It's fine if you can't "see" it but the numbers speak for themselves and the videos show it. Game runs terribly and should have never been released in this state. It's a slap in the face to all their customers and fans.

I've only encountered the occasional graphical glitch. The game's otherwise run totally fine.

Having said that, the state of the game is still indefensible. So many people seem to just think "hurr durr go get a 4090", as if just having one piece of the most expensive hardware magically makes a game run well. All of the people defending ♥♥♥♥ like Wilds don't know anything about computers, can't comprehend that "better" oftentimes doesn't result in better due to any number of unforeseen issues.

Finally, it does not matter if someone's game runs fine. Why would you not still want the game to be optimised better? Why put unnecessary strain on your computer just because the massive corporation couldn't be bothered to make their game better?

yea i dont get why people defend the performance at all, from saying "it runs good and has no issues" we will not get future updates. My melting cpu will certainly be thankfull for updates.

Because I spent way too much money on my gaming rig, it runs... fine.

Doesn't make me blind to the fact that very few people I know are having that experience without running godawful graphics. When I talk about the game with people I say "I'm having a great time but it's horribly optimized. You need way more machine than this game should need."

My girlfriend, who's system isn't out of date but isn't meant for video editing and modeling like mine is, is having fun but has to run it at godawful graphics. That's not cool. I want to share the sights with her.

That said... "hours of video proof" is kind of a ridiculous ask. Why would anyone do that for you? They're busy playing the game if it's running well. I'm gonna go play it again now, in fact. Doesn't make the optimization acceptable, but I'm having fun.
