No elder dragons?

I think Jin Dahaad and Zoh Shia are Elder Dragons, Pitful and Shock trap literally did not trigger whenever either of them were on top of the traps

well ill be honest i beat it in 14 and the other 4 hrs rn have been sitting and waiting for friends to get on and play around with haha. or at least 14 hrs to credits now in high rank

Zoh Shia is listed as cepholopod
while Jin Dahaad is a seige monster it's listed as leviathan not elder dragon.

Dang... so there's no mutated or stronger versions to grind? I haven't played world in a while but I remember there were some TOUGH ones other than Edlers, right?

There were two: one in the icy locale, the other after Arkveld. I just started HR too, but only seen Frenzy and Tempered monsters. The pace is very slow.

There are definitely variant and tempered monsters. Also, the [new?] guardian variant.

There is at least 1 variant late in the story. Then you meet another during HR20 quest.

so far only one that gave me trouble were zoh shia optional quests don't even give me anything like world did so i stopped bothering with them.

thank god for that after 5th gen elder (more like Kushala copy paste with how many Kushala-skeleton elders World added...) spam...Wilds isnt focused on Elder Dragons unlike Worldborne and to a lesser extent Risebreak

roster is already way more varied than 5th anyway, think u can go 1 game without seeing fire-furry kushala and normal kushala...
