And im pretty sure that if launched dragons dogma 2 i'd be at a steady 120fps just like here, just using dlss4.

Works fine for me, your pc is just garbage, if you get broken textures, lower some settings till you don't get the issue.

Or get a better gpu with more vram.
Get more ram, or compensate with more page file on a sata ssd drive with rapid mode.
Get better cpu.
Make sure your windows isn't messed up.
Make sure your drivers aren't messed up.

i dont get it. just get a better pc dude. My wilds is running ultra mode with frame gen on = 90-120 fps with no problems

I literally play on an MSI laptop that you could easily find at 850-950usd.
Everything below a good i3 and a 3050 wont launch any modern games anymore, just sell your potato and buy a playstation.

I doubt they said the game is optimized and they wont do optimization patches in the future, there are too many issues with the game right now, I'm 99.9% they will have patches for it, a lot of them even.

From what I've gathered on these forums - RX 7800 XT and 7800x3D is classified as potato tier. Luckily we're getting new card release in few days, can't be using current generation cards.

Your trolling is just garbage even with a 5090 the game engine cant handle the texture streaming and is filled with ps2 texctures all over the place, you can troll all you like but this fact wont change its been observed by anyone reputable in the industry and game of analysis including digital foundry you can stamp the floor but the low quality and issues with the game remain and it doesent matter how good of a pc you have
