Nothing fixes these crashes for me
List of things i done to try fix the random crashes:
-Played with frame-Gen on or off.
-Tried with and without the high resolution texture pack.
-Changed the memory to system managed.
-Updated the firmware on my m.2 drives.
-Reverted the overclock on my GPU to stock
-Downloaded fixes on Mod nexus
-Turned off G-sync on monitor and V-sync in-game.
-Played with lowest graphics settings.
-Played with and without Reflex.
- ran as Admin on steam and on the game
-Played with compatibility mode windows 7 and 8

The game runs above 60 while i play on max settings, no ray-tracing, without frame-gen and with dlss quality.

But it's simply unplayable because i don't know when the game is just going to crash for no reason. It can be after an hour or after 5 minutes, its unpredictable.

Honestly, I can be just standing in the camp afk and the game will eventually just decide to crash. its infuriating.

You might have already tried this, but I had a very similar situation and tried disabling the XMP profile for my RAM in BIOS. I went from crashing 5-10 minutes into every session to playing last night for several hours and never crashing. I can't guarantee it will work but it's another thing to try.
If you want higher than 30fps play on PS5 Pro otherwise it will crash.

Are you using REFramework? That was causing the crashes for me. Unfortunately, it's the only way to play in 32:9...

I came here to help but I'm not sure what to add. You can try some of the shader settings in NVIDIA control panel if that is your GPU. This completely fixed my elden ring crashing issues when it launched. I had to find a video to do it right otherwise I would post instructions. Hope you solve this quickly my fellow gamer.
People will tell you it is because you PC is a potato, but not because the game is an unfinished mess...

you are not alone. the problem is, the game load textures in vram but didnt stop its just load and load and load. and there is no fallback that your gpu cleaning this so you got a gputimeout.

A refund will.

Just be patient and wait for the game to be fixed and actually launched.

This. REFramework causes random crashes for the time being.... or possibly worse since the game got patched and REFramework hasn't been updated to get around that yet.

Yeah, I had REFramework but I removed it cause it kept crashing. It works, but I think the game bugs out or has some kind of fatal error when trying to use it. Something probably conflicts for the time being. Which also sucks cause DLSS looks better than FSR.

I would try verifying the game files on Steam, just in case something went wrong in downloading the game. I had to do that with some other game but I don't remember which.

Reduce graphical details. Dont use 4k resolution. This game dont like your card working near 100% it seems. It doesnt matter if you are using upscaling. At least in my case.

You could try following the steps listed on the beta troubleshooting thread to clear out the compiled shaders.
I've also had it where the crash report popped up after a loading screen. However the game was still playable and when i closed said crash report it kicked me off.
