Fishing Quest after Goldfish

I need help with the Fishing Quest after catching the Gold Fish, she says you can find nearly eveywhere at sunrise and at sunset, i've been walking and searching for this fish for hours and cant seem to find it, i cant find anything on the Internet either,i just want to catch this damn fish if anyone can help I'd be so eternally greatfull.

gravud bowfin only appear for me when it daytime and plentiful condition

You need to have plenty and start at day, you can rest in tent/bbq to change weather and time they also spawn at base camp no need to look for them. Also make sure you are not locked by Quest progression there are a few instances where the weather is locked.

gravud bowfin appear at oasis area 13, weather plenty, evening.
if it does not appear, go to another map and come back until it spawn
