Fell out of map and now game will not start again.

so I was playing the game just fine it was running decently well for me.I get to a part of the game where I mount up and go for a ride but then I no-clip through the map. I start falling down through the map and eventually the game crashes. I go so open the game again and it goes through all the menus normally finishes complaining shades then the screen goes black and after a thew minute crashes to desktop.

I have tried all the popular fixes from verifying my files to deleting the crash folders reinstalling the game and updating my drivers running as admin and nothing has worked so far. The only thing i can think of is that it is trying to load my character for one of the opening menu cut scenes it sometimes shows and is getting confused because she out of the map.
