After a bunch of tweaks and testing ive managed to get the game running in VR so i can freely look around the game in 360 view as well as moving around physically in a scene.

The obvious is that well, my framerate is incredibly low , shocker, i know and some shaders dont quite work properly until i fix them, most notably the sky and map.

But that aside i was able to actually play with a controller and defeat a high rank fire chicken.

And while i dont recommend anyone try this for actual play unless you got a very beefy system one really neat thing i did was put the game into pause mode and just look around the area, its genuinely really cool to stand infront of your seikret and look around at the forest or other environment around you.

RE Framework has built in hook for OpenVR and OpenXR as long as you have the DLL file for those in your install folder as well (They do also bundle it)

The harder part is actually getting a playable framerate which depending on your system requires you to tweak settings.

One bug that exists also is that in the opening of the game , sometimes the "Start game" menu doesnt appear on the title screen, if that happens just restart the game.

Oh also i use OVR Advanced settings, for its playspace mover, this allows you to then allows offset yourself from the camera locked position to look around the area without the UI being in the way
