Is it possible to customise your face after char creation?

I notice in tent you can change your hair, eyebrows and such but I noticed you can't change gender or face structure. I'm regretting my characters face a bit haha

Is there a way to change this?

Unfortunately not without MTX (yes, it's a stupid decision), but there is a single free character editing ticket available in the DLC section so you don't have to pay for it the first time.
