SOMONE HELP PLEASE after the capcom logo i just see a black screen where all i can do is move my mouse

IVE tried everything verified games files, ive run both steam and the game in administrator mode, ive run it in windows 8 and 7 coompatiblity, ive let it thorugh my firewall, i deleted the config, ive deleted the shaders, ive tried waiting for 30 mins, ive restarted my computer ive uninstalled and reinstalled it on both my hard drive and my computers internal storage ive made sure the game is running on my 3050 ti, but every time i launch the game its just a the warning the capcom logo and an infinite black screen. does anyone know hot to fix this

Im having the same issue and I saw a lot of posts about it, but without any solution yet, probably we need to wait Capcom to fix that.

If you have installed any mods from Nexus, ENB, Trainer, etc
Remove them.

I had a similar problem this morning. Turned the game on and the screen was black for a surprisingly long time before the game came on. But then in the game there were stutters way worse than before.

Annoying because I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to tweak this game's performance to get it to run nice, and I finally had it in a good place.

Sounds like a refund is in order.

Skip this paid beta period and wait for the game to actually release.

I had the same problem, but I formatted and reinstalled Windows (I was thinking of doing that anyway). Because of that, I reinstalled all the chipset and graphics card drivers, not using third-party software and updated Windows with all the updates avalible. Then I tried again, and surprisingly, it worked. I don't know what happens, but it works for me.
I remember that my Windows update was stuck, with a problem and I couldn't update Windows for some reason, so I formatted my PC.
