Unusual Cat and other Cartoon Sounds??

So, my wife, son and I are playing and during various parts we here weird cat meows and other cat sounds as well as the emote card things and weird kinda bong like sounds... none of us are doing it and there are no world chat stuff going on that we see.

Anyone else getting these? Its really distracting during cut scenes and combat.

I've been hearing this too! But I find it odd that I only recently started hearing them. I played the majority of the game in Online Single Player and didn't hear these sounds. But when I do fights or cutscenes when in a lobby I start to hear cartoony plop and cat meows that arent related to on screen prompts

Perhaps a bug, as those sounds play when emotes and chat prompts are used.
