you forget we are in the age where you cant have fun by imagining stuff you need to over analyze it and think of it in a way that it makes sense to be added and has to align 1:1 with reality and physics. only when that criteria is met can you start having fun.

Technically they could add weapon types by bringing the Tonfa from the MMO, which I've heard good things about. (The tonfas, not the mmo)
