FrameTime stability fix (Use RivaTuner)

Use RivaTuner and set.

Application level detection - Medium
Frame rate limit - test what best for you.
On-screen Display zoom - set to your prefer size.

In MSI Afterburner itself, go to Settings -> Monitoring -> turn on frame time (and other stuff you wanna see) -> show in On-screen display -> text. graph.

You want a flat line for no Frame Time spikes. So start playing with settings in game.

I was able to hit stable 35 fps without frame generation and high - max settings

RTX4090 16Vram (equivalent to desktop 4070)
