Chapter 4.2 Meeting Quest Talk with Fabius in Suja is bugged. (Resolved)

Hello. I reached 15 hunter lvl and can't progress any further. There is no indicator how do i get to suja. I chcecked every corner of the map and i can't find a way to get to talk with damn fabius. Am i doing something wrong?

If you open your map and press the world map button (for me its Y) there is a red map marker on the right side of the screen that says “Suja, peaks of accord”
