Incredibly low texture quality despite having texture quality set to "High"

In game I have the textures set to "High" but do these look "high quality" to you? Why are half the things I see PS2 140p quality and the other half OK looking?

My PC Specs if that's worth anything: https://i.imgur.com/mfOvjWt.png

i shouldn't have to download a DLC to not have texture problems
as you can see there is clearly a problem with the game because some textures are fine while some are not

btw i downloaded it and try it . it doesnt look different than high . its also tank your FPS by at least 50% it was made only for very end cards . prob 5090 or 5080 and 4090
Should have nothing to do with the High Res Texture pack, Capcom did something wrong on texture streaming i think. Yes the RE Engine might not be the bestfor Open World games Dragons Dogma 2 had problems too, but still looked better then MH Wilds.

Even on lower to midrange PC'S.

sometimes game looks amazing like in forest but in starting area it looks like a game from 20 years ago. something really mess up happened and they prob had no choice but to release game to public at this state and keep working on it . they lucky they sold so many copies of game so they have enough funds to keep working on it. they prob will fix it . in a few years but this time most people will upgrade to newer pc and game will be played and people will enjoy it . atm its hell on earth i feel like am alpha tester not even beta

And they still look terrible and you need at least a 16GB-VRAM card.
Texture streaming in general is just busted.

I'm relatively confident there's a graphics setting bug that's forcing Low graphics presets during these talking scenes.
