Is there any way to not hear a dialogue on a regular language and listen to the old weird sounds of mh language?

You can only hear it from background NPC's in camps. It's a creative decision because of wanting to focus more on the story. Have a read of this news article with comments from the executive director about it that was posted prior to release.

I dont really care if its a business decision or not the game is really good i just feel like i need my old lmh language back.
