2nd computer
Steam Experts. I am on my laptop this weekend. When I go to my PC at my house. And install MH Wilds and run it. Will the steam cloud move my saved character over? How does that work with a second computer on the Same steam account?

You don't have to worry about it. This game won't run on your laptop.

The Steam cloud will always load the cloud files if they're younger than the local files, so yeah, it should do that. If you want to be extra safe, then you could make manual backups as well
