how do i rebind keyboard controls ?
after looking at the controls sections for 5 minutes i could not find it,
am i blind or can you not rebind controls in this game ?

It's in the Esc menu, the last section, second or third option fro the top :lunar2019piginablanket:

Yeah it's pretty weird that some stuff are just there, and some stuff are hidden or missing entirely.

Like you can't enable dlss sharpness, but could do it in beta 1, the game setting exists in config.ini file.
Also chromatic aberration and film grain are also hidden, but exist in the config.ini file.
Including dynamic resolution.

Those settings don't exist in the game settings.
You should actually check the game settings before saying they exist there.

I wouldn't be saying they are only in config file, if that wasn't the case.
Also the game changes them back to default values on game start, so you can't even alter the values, making read only is pointless if it's already overwritten on game start, prolly it's saved in the save file somewhere, as the config file is also only rewritten when the game closes.

You can also post a steam screenshot proving they exist there.
