Anyone else hate Nata
The game focuses on this character so much and it's really odd, why are we bringing this child who watched his family get murdered by a monster around to see all these monsters?

I never enjoyed a single thread of story telling in any monster hunter games since freedom unite. Which was the first one I played.

I'm here for gameplay and mechanics only.
damn kid catch him up few times ogling alma and gemma swear to god gonna perfect rush his ass one day

The whole Nata storyline is a cringe waste of space. I've lost count on how many times the game zoom in to him just so we can see his face close up for whatever the ♥♥♥♥.
A copy of World's exploration storyline would be better than this.

Who?
Yep Nata is an awful character. Obnoxious, whiny, doesn't listen to any advice, doesn't help with anything, annoying and utterly useless.

But honestly none of the characters are well written or interesting in any way.

Because we need a reason to justify killing all those beautiful creatures just doing their own thing in their own habitat.

Yeah they sort of just shove him in and expect you to care. There's no real build up with any of the characters.
World atleast had some kind of story going, even if it was just pure main character energy saving the world.

Wilds has absolutely nothing going for it in regards to story.

I don't even understand why we are doing what we are doing.

What was the point of helping the cave dwelling tribe make their crystals in the forge? What do they use them for, and more importantly why do we care?
They clearly are not using it for any of their clothing or tools, they didn't build any of the architecture, and their technological accomplishments have stopped at tents and buckets.

I don't know why they keep trying to add a story. They're really bad at it.

What do you mean? Gemma is well written, just look at her assets. Peak storytelling there.

As for Nata, giga whatever, I just slammed Y every time he had his flashbacks, problem solved. You only have to deal with that one for 15 hours give or take.

For the same reason God Of War became a babysitting game
yes this little fckng kid, he cries all the time, he can barely kill an ant and acts like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hunter, especially the part where he tried to fight arkeveld alone
Thuse Mar 1 @ 8:05am
He is an annoing little ♥♥♥♥ and could be deleted from the game and it would only be better off, preaching dumb ♥♥♥♥♥, being cringe and annoing.
Legit a few of the ppl i play with skipped their cutscenes cuz they couldnt stand him
