am the only one to have an error message every time I try to use the online services: distress flare, messages, clan.
the message sometimes appears but I stay in the session and other times the error makes me leave the lobby.

Yes, the multiplayer is broken...

I can't even connect to the servers. It just disconnects me when I start up the game and my connection on my PC goes out/on the whole time the game is running.

I can't even play with my friend. Everytime we're together it kicks us out of the party and says communication error has occurred.

try this:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and delete hosts files.
It doesn't work for sure but the errors appear less.

I already fixed the issue in the oddest way. I reset my router (unplugged it for a few mins), and I haven't received one communication error or kicked offline since. Not sure why that fixed it, but it did.

Ok Hunter, i have find a issue: when i play MHW i disable my firewall and 0 error during looong games session, hope this post help you !
