can anyone tell me if there's a garden where i can grow sleep herbs and things like that please and also if there is when does it unlock

You can farm materials passively in Monster Hunter Wilds through the Material Retrieval and Support Ship features.

These unlock after you’ve beaten the main story, roughly 20 hours into the game. Until then, you’ll have to gather Honey, Herbs, and other resources manually.

just one more questioon if i may, i found the material retrieval in the windsong village but was wondering if theres one in each zone

Every zone seems to have one and an associated sidequest to unlock it.

Get those yellow quests (side missions) goin and find out.
