$58 for me, you're on PC. Use your advantages. It's your fault you paid $70 for a game in 2025 on PC.
The older generation of MH games were straight to the point as well, so you might enjoy those. Nobody spent much time explaining why we hunt the monsters, or why the people live the way they do, or what the guild is, or who the hunters are meant to be. Just accept quests from a list and get teleported to a bunch of little arenas to fight monsters in. The sense of progression was that the monsters just kept getting bigger lol.
