game stuck on loading screen

when i was doing the quest to cutscene the game froze i turned it off and back on it only loaded for more than 30 minutes but still couldn't get into the game

Same thing happened to me. Have you managed to fix this?

my PC can play at high resolution but gonna stuck in the loading screen. I fix it by ask someone enter your account and get through that cutscene and save game up to steam cloud then you can relogin in your PC and play normally

Reinstalled the game and it was fixed. Started right at the cut scene where my game got stuck when I loaded my game.
