Odd Graphical glitch at times...

...I sometimes, rarely thank god, get this weird graphical glitch in some story part so far, where i see these weird odd black boxes and lines flickering aggressively when i look towards a certain point in either a fight or a story part.

Anyone has had the same experience with it and possibly know a fix for it? Thank you!

Specs:
-CPU: i5-13600K
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070

4090, 7800x3d 32gb ram. highest settings possible 3440x1440 21:9 uwqhd. Same thing here. GF has it too, 5800x 4070 1440p high preset.

What armor do you wear when the glitch happens? The glitch for me doesn't happen when I change the armor, and I suspect the glitch has something to do with it.

I have a 3070 and am using FSR3 because it works better for me. What made this glitch stop—at least for now—was changing MESH QUALITY to HIGH (before, it was set to MEDIUM). For now, I’m not seeing it anymore.

Never mind, after some time, it happened again. At least the frequency has dropped. I guess we just have to wait for fixes in future updates.

I'm getting this on PS5 too, so it's definitely not your PC. Happens during NPC conversations, mostly.

Getting this as well, 7600x and 4070TiS - wasn't happening until I updated my drivers to 572.60.

I've also had a glitch where I was fishing and Alma just started floating towards the horizon until she disappeared, it was strange.

Happening to me too with a 4080, happened before and after driver update.

turn on frame generation fixed it for me

I've gotten the black bars only once, but I've seen colored ones at least 4 times now.
It's rare, but enough to take notice.

Changing settings doesn't seem to fix anything.
Driver updates are the same deal.
