If this one of the franchise is "too easy" for you, then go play an older one or load up a Soulsborne game and convince yourself that the "difficulty" matters.
Done. There you go.
I have the impression of playing with cwcheat and I suspect that the game will quickly become boring - this has nothing to do with the old ones.
but as you can read on the 2 comments below, capcom adapts to these sub players to give them the impression of being gamers and that sells well... very sad
Sub gamers, eh? Kinda sad to wrap up your self worth and opinions of others based on if they like the same kind of games you do, isn't it?
I've been playing this franchise since it was a twin stick hack and slash. No, this isn't the hardest one out there. But having basic pattern recognition does not make you a good gamer either. So I suggest to you the same as the fella who made the original post - go play a souls game and pretend your opinion on "difficulty" matters.
Two things I've noticed:
- I see textures being loaded while the player moves
- The boss (Doshaguma) feels very passive and its hits do next to no damage compared to what I would expect.
Still watching I see the monster ready to attack for such a long time the player can safely notice and walk away. Then the attack finally comes when nobody has been on the "attacked" spot for several seconds. What is this? An Ubisoft game? Monster Hunter used to be a very difficult game (I've done them all since the first one, up to Rise I didn't finish because it bored me.)
Triumph without peril brings no glory.
Doshaguma is like, the 3rd Monster you encounter and an early one you HAVE to hunt. It's not supposed to be a hard one.
It can one shot you though if it lands the second part of the two hit combo when enraged. Not going to hit most people but slow weapons like the Lance and Gunlance need to watch out. Not every weapon will have the same challenges on every monster.
yes sub player and we can even add assisted too.
I've been playing MH since the one on PS2 and I am far from being a good player and it is getting worse and worse and unless you are assisted it is obvious to see that yes it is easier fot that franchise and by very far. and that's what made this series a demanding game but which today is just a boring hack n slash.
and for your stupid comment, random number 24578, I play what I want and I give my opinion whether you like it or not.
there's nothing "wild" about it but more Little House on the Prairie
Good for you! No really I'm happy for you that you care enough to post.
No one else cares if you beat DS3 with a naked run and blindfolded though. The other MH games still exist. Go play them.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out!
Monster Hunter was NEVER a "VERY" difficult game.
MH1, MHG and MHF difficulty comes from the jank and limited inventory space, thats ALL there is to the first generation. Low rank in the first gen, is harder than its own high rank because of that.
MH2, MHF2 and MHFU are basically an easier generation 1.
MH3, MHP3RD and MH3U have the easiest high rank in the entire series, yes including rise.
MH4 and MH4U are the hardest titles in the series.
MHGen and MHGU are about the same as World and Rise for the most part. Only difference is that G rank in sunbreak is harder than GU and World, while high rank in Gen and GU is harder than world and rise.
I guess I'll see for myself in a few months if they fix all the technical issues.
