Can we mod the game or is it bannable??

I'd just like to use mods to be able to take screenshots ingame, and would like to confirm if that's safe or would ban me from playing online after !

I wouldn't risk it. Thats just me, I didn't even use the 32:9 fix because I have no idea.
I wish capcom would come out and give a statement if its fine to mod the game

i mean the site for mods (idk if can say the site but its where everyone goes for mods for every game basically) already exist.
Nobody has reported any ban but again Capcom never really cared about it in MH....the game is playable solo and mods have always been a gentleman's agreement in online play (don't use em in others quests).

Personally wouldnt do it (wheres fun in getting everything in a game that is meant to be grinded for hundreds and or thousands of hours?)

typically if your going to mod any game with online elements you are opening yourself for a ban unless you keep it in ofline mode

Short answer, the EULA says no modding.
Long answer, probably not going to get banned. It would require Capcom to police their servers for your modded files unless they have a program running to check. From what I understand, they don't, outside of Denuvo. Mod at your own risk.

also capcom sends copyright strikes to youtubers showing mods for monster hunter rise and similar titles

that's what i said, i only want it to do virtual photography only in gallery mode too ! wont even log on, it's justt any alteration of the files might result in ban so i cant be too sure, so i wont until im 100% sure it's not bannable

Yeah I know, I can't promise anything of course but there are already mods and I can tell you I have modded world, rise, dragons dogma 2 never got hit at all ever. You risk something like file corruption more then a ban I imagine lol

But if you keep it in solo lobbies I can't imagine consequences, what you cab do is wait a bit see what people in the posts of mods are saying. You'll see a flood of "I got ban" in popular mods or these forums if somehow they do hand them out now lol

The other side of it is even if you can mod it. Even if you do mod it....The updates are coming in so fast and heavy in these early days the mods are just going to get blown out of the water anyway.... ....I would advise waiting awhile on the Mods.

They didn't for world, I doubt they will for Wilds, as if you don't what to play with modders, just kick em from your party.
