How to hide nameplate when playing single player?

Hi, out of the sudden the name plate of my character got turn on like if i were playin in a lobby but i dont know how to deactivate it, i find it distracting and annoying, i cant find a setting to turn it up, if you dont know what i mean, is the small nameplate that appears on top of your head when you are on a online lobby

If you talk to Alma and use her Quest Board function, you'll notice there are several tabs. If you cycle over to the right in her menu there is a Lobby option like you get when you log in. This should allow you to switch to "Online Single Player".

Same here and I am playing in Online Single Player. It just suddenly appeared. I think right after beating the main story, but I could be wrong.
