Statistiche:
Upgrade Direct Storage from version 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 fixed Stutter issues and camera turning fps drops for me.
Hi all, upgrading direct storage files dstoragecore.dll and dstorage.dll fixed all my stutter issues with the game running on Windows 11.
You can also delete the two files but Direct storage will be disabled causing further performance issues or the game just not running.
The files can be downloaded from here:

https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Direct3D.DirectStorage

Rename the download to microsoft.direct3d.directstorage.1.2.3.zip go into the Native folder then into Bin then into x64 and the two files are there. Just replace the original files in the game folder with these and you will be good!

Did someone scan that ♥♥♥♥?
Are you right in the head?
That is the official place where all microsoft dll files are being managed.
Nice that you caught on, been using dstorage and dstoragecore 1.2.3 since Marvel's Spider-Man 2 came out.
Didn't feel the need to share it with anybody in here.

Sad that capcom locked the nvidia streamline files, like with Dragon's Dogma 2 though.

That's a you problem.

Fix your own problem.

Also calm the F down, learn to read without putting your emotions into it, you didn't write it to yourself.

I've used 1.2.3 ever since I saw the PC gamingwiki mention but I don't see any difference.
Using the high res textures still stutters like a slide show.
Why the heck are you using the 4k textures?

You're not using a 720p resolution or scaled down to 720p.

And you're not using rtx 5090, and you definitely don't have the cpu or ssd sata drive/nvme to stream that content fast enough.

I think it worked thanks, also Im using DLSS 4 from the nvidia app and it think now its running with better graphics, first time I ever plated a game where we need to do the developers work
This thread made me realize I have Wilds on the sata ssd instead of nvme so no DirectStorage for me. Let's hope change will improve stuttering a little.
Did nothing for performance for me. 5800X3D + 4070 Ti, Windows 10. Still struggles when panning the camera quickly, and the highest quality textures still fail to stream in in-time if you pan too quickly.

It's not VRAM issues either. Game seems to allocate 11GB at most at 1440p DLSS Quality, and only actually uses 10GB of that allocation according to RTSS. Still well above the 7-8GB reported by the ever-inaccurate in-game VRAM display.
Barely fix camera but its actually fix stutter delay in low framerates
