I may have fixed the stutter, gentlemen.

So, I decided to set the compatibility settings for the steam and monster hunter wilds .EXEs to run as administrator (as well as for all users) and it has massively improved my performance. You can do this by right clicking them and selecting "Properties"
Make sure to fully restart steam or your PC afterwards.

I am running a 5800X3D and a RTX 4080
Settings are:
3440x1440 Ultra with DLSS DLAA .

*NO* FRAMEGEN and textures set to HIGH

I am now virtually stutter free and getting 80-95 fps while running around the Windward Plains Base Camp (which previously ran at around 40-50 FPS at similar settings)

Please let others know if this helps you, because it certainly helped me and my game is now playing flawlessly.

I AM using framegen, my mistake!
I guess it automatically enables when you select Ultra.

HOWEVER
I am no longer suffering from any stutters or frametime spikes in the most demanding areas of the game. I hope this helps!

it does not auto enable, it asks you once if you want to enable it when you first start the game, if you decline you have to manually enable it.

No idea why, but this worked for me. It went from unbearable stuttering to being actually playable at the same settings.

Nope, just restarting fixes a small % of stuttering, but its still there. If you have framegen you wont see the fps drop but the stutter is still there.

Its stuttering for me all the time I tried fixing it for days now this only helped a Tiny bit but im running with 13 fps

It's recommened by MH to run steam and MH as admin as well as adding it to your antivirus exclusion list because of denuvo.
