Can you alter character appearance after you create them?
Like after you have created your character and play for a while and decide you want a different look can you change your appearance? Also if you can do you have to pay for it?

You can change your hair and makeup at any time for free from your tent.

^What he said. You can change cosmetics and hair/hair color. If you want to change specific details like their nose and stuff you have to pay.

Though you can get one free character voucher from the DLC section. After that you can buy 3 vouchers for $7.

If you're not too far in the game you can just create a new character profile.

One free , a couple for like 7 - 9 dollars and then there is a mod on nexus that allows Infinite use of them .

I have never seen anyone get banned for using the nexus mod for vouchers in the last few games . But I shall not judge a player for using the mods if those if you choose to do so . They will not ban you for it .

To me its highway robbery using the mods but then again so is charging people to recreate their characters in a 70 dollar title .
