NPCs Shaking
I know there's a ton of other issues, but I'm having a very specific one that I haven't seen anyone else mention. For some reason, when I talk to NPCs their models look like they're vibrating slightly? The pixels of the models move from side to side rapidly, but I only notice it on NPCs specifically. I was just curious if anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

I'm running a 4090 and yes, am having a lot of the other issues with stutter and inconsistent framerates too. But this weird little problem is really distracting for me in regular gameplay.

happens to me from time to time, lower graphic settings like textures might help lessen this to happen and also a quick fix is to turn off and on frame gen. somehow i think the frame gen is bugged somewhere. if turning it on an off does not help try lowering textures to mid. im using 4070 on a laptop.
I see it happen too. I don't think it's frame gen because I have that turned off.

Yes, it happens to me too. When it happens, I have to restart the game, or everything shakes/jitters back and forth.

Also 4090 here and I also have the shaking NPCs. Hunter profile also super shakes to the point where I get nauseous lol…

Restarting did not fix it, nor did frame gen (on or off), nor did downgrading texture resolution.

Would love a fix for this.
Do you use dlss?
this is the most annoying thing, idc about bugs or bad texture but seeing npcs shaking like an earthquake makes every dialogue a pain in the ass, i hope they fix and if you manage to fix please dm me

DLSS is on, yes.

Set the in-game framerate cap to your preference.

I had mine set to uncapped, but playing with v-sync on a 60hz monitor "caps" it to 60 automatically. I was experiencing shaking with this.

Enabling the in-game framerate cap to 60 stopped all the shaking.

Yea that's a issue the early review copys had as well it never got fixed.
I have the same issue - on cutscenes, NPCs are shaking/trembling. I'm running on Ryzen 9800x3d with 4080 super, 110-120-140fps 2560x1440, framegen with Ultra settings, Raytracing, DLSS and DLAA. Disabled framegen, capped fps at 60 and it is much better. I also disabled HDR - imo this game is not designed for IPS monitors, the colors are too vibrant, should be much softer. I trieds mulriple HDR calibrations with no success, so disabled it.
They're just cold.

I forced DLSS4 and that seems to have solved it - somewhat. Did notice they start shaking again after a long play session but restarting actually stops it now.

Limiting my frame rate did not help me, but I can see how that may be the answer for some.

Hope they bring about fixes…
I'm using the RTX 4090 with DLSS enabled at a capped frame rate of 144 with V-Sync off. The fix I was able to find for it was switching the Upscaling Mode to NVIDIA DLAA.
