Graphical glitch of random shapes when viewing from certain angles
On the performance side of things, my game is running completely fine so far. But from time to time there's this weird graphical glitch that pops up randomly when looking in certain directions/angles.

It's hard to explain, but it's like a weird dark amalgamation of random shapes that move like crazy and it looks like they all connect to a single point on the horizon?

So far the only way I've been able to make it go away is to return to the main menu or restart my game. This is problematic especially when in the middle of a mission. Has anyone encountered this glitch?

EDIT:
I'm including my PC specs and graphics settings just to clarify that this issue is NOT performance related and it can occur on any range of hardware. This is simply a graphical bug that needs to be patched out.
    PC HARDWARE
  • CPU: Intel i5-13600KF
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB (OC Edition)
  • MB: ASUS ROG Strix B760-I Gaming WiFi
  • NVMe: T-Force TM8FPV002T
  • RAM (2x16GB): Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 6000 C40
    GRAPHICS SETTINGS
  • DLSS Mode: DLAA
  • Frame Generation: Enabled
  • Quality Preset: ULTRA
  • HD Texture Pack: Enabled
  • Additional Edits: Raytracing OFF, DoF OFF, Motion Blur OFF
Performance Analysis
I won't get too deep into this, if you want to dive deeper into it I'm sure there's tons of other threads to look into.
Target FPS: 120+
Lowest Dip: 80
Highest Peak: 165 (MAX; monitor refresh rate cap)
Average (during fights / where it matters): Somewhere between 100 and target FPS
Average (everywhere else, exploring, etc.): Reaches target FPS for the most part, with the exception of the Oilwell Basin & Forest areas dipping below 90 during certain weather conditions.

Changing the Mesh Quality setting to Medium fixed that problem for me.
