Cursor snapping to centre of screen when tabbed out

Whenever i tab out to check something, my mouse cursor will periodically snap to the centre of the screen. When i move it, it remembers where it actually was, but it's incredibly annoying.

Anyone else have this issue, or know how to fix it?

Was having this problem back in the beta tests, was hoping it wouldn't be a thing on release.

Fiddled with some settings but idk how to stop it
